We’re a husband-and-wife duo from Baltimore who traded weekend cruising and coastal dreaming for a full-on adventure aboard Bluebird. With a shared love for travel, history, and each other’s bad jokes, we decided to take on one of America’s most epic waterborne adventures: The Great Loop.
Hervey is our Captain, Chief Mechanic, and the only person we trust to fix the coffee maker under pressure. Kitty handles navigation, provisioning, blog-writing, and calming the crew during thunderstorms (both literal and emotional).
We’re tackling this trip slowly and intentionally—one dock, anchorage, and ice cream stand at a time.
